1. There are 2 definition of being safe in your 1st question; being Safe from having carrot-chopped and being Safe from getting robbed. So far I have never once heard of any bros who gets robbed in established booking joints be it solo or in group, but once a blue moon,i will hear some bros got chop-carrot. My definition of carrot chop in a booking joint means a girl who was priced at 1.5 million rupiah,he didn't bargain and paid in full whereby another bro who goes for the same girl pays only 1.3 million rupiah. Or a girl being priced at 1.5 million rupiah,but he pays 1.6 million rupiah and higher for her. Anyway, most Sillyporean who were shy enough (or having too much pride) not to bargain usually gets chopped anywhere.
It is Indonesia business culture to bargain down a verbal quoted pricing.
2. Yes, you will need to pay upfront. And you can request your girl to be deliver at your desired timing. By far,i have not hear of any undelivered girls but I do heard of girls being delivered late becos the girl overslept or met with some 'accident'. For precaution reason, always get a name card from the joint or if they didn't have,get the phone number of the OKT who deals with you. Of course,they can purposely scam your money yet you cannot do anything about it but the consequences for them will be a stain to the joint's name which eventually brought them less customers when word of such gets out.
When you pay in full,it is usually about S$50 to S$150 (base on my own definition of overnight girl pricing). But they scam you,they will definitely lose more than those amount in $ if you start telling everyone in this thread about it.
3. Let me know if you can find a non-girl-friendly hotel in Batam,hehehe...(joking here,becos base on my understanding every Batam hotel is girl-friendly) you go to the joint,you tell the okt which hotel and which room number you will be staying in,and he will tell you if he can deliver them (in case you stay too far,like Montigo Resort/KTM Resort etc). There are some hotels that require card keys to access different elevator (aka lift) level, meaning if you stay 3rd floor,you cannot access 2nd floor,4th floor,5th floor and so on...don't worry about it, most OKT will be smart enough look for the receptionist on duty,and they will usually call your room to confirm via talking to you to see if you are expecting any guest/s. There is no need to register any document with the hotel. If you wish to play even safer, you can however keep the receptionist on duty informed in advance that you are expecting some guests.
I would still ask of you to read my signature links if you are heading to Batam for the 1st time. If you did,you will know that the whole process of going to Batam is like going to Sentosa.
