North East location, prolly 20min walk from nearest MRT. Very good for driver bcos you can park in her condo. The security guard has been bought over so he actually turns his back to me when I stop at the entrance. I hesitated and was about to engage reverse gear, when he turns around and directed me where to park without once looking into my eyes lol. This is a first for me.
