Been one of the ktv. All cannot make it. They have russian but almost all cannot make it and cost USD100 for a shot. Casino PRC worst. so never try any. 1st trip stay Hilton few years back, got pretty PRC. this is round, stay another hotel, worst no russian or PRC. Colombo worst place, not our taste unless you prefer tyre bigger than your own.
