Tried the red light district at 588. Quite easy to find, get off at cheongnyangni station on line 1 and go through exit 5. Once you get out of exit 5, head slight left and walk straight. You will see a convinent store on your left so if you see it, keep walking straight.

Girls there are mostly hot and range from mid 20s to late 30s. It's all glass doors so you can see what you're paying for. The girls there are typically those that you see on the streets. Beware of those grandma who approach you, avoid them! They will promise you young girls but once you follow them into a room, it's probably them who's gonna service you. Girls there generally only serve Korean but they don't mind guys of Chinese descent or as long as you look Korean/Chinese. Most of them can't speak English so it helps to know abit of Korean. If not just use google translate or hand language. They know if you're not Korean cause every girl I visited ask me which country I was from the moment I opened my mouth.

Price range typically 70k won for 15mins, 140k for 30, and 210k for 1hr. So don't let them rip you off. Might be cheaper for Koreans but I don't know. There is no shower but they all providewet wipes and condoms. I'll say just take 15mins and you can try other girls cause they are easily 50 or more girls around.
