So to summarise what you wanted to say here is that whether it is fair for the Okt to charge you $100 for the crappy service you meant is it? Cause your title is kind of misleading.

It is not legit in singapore itself to engage in prostitution hence to put it plainly, it is ILLEGAL.

Now if you are asking whether is it ILLEGAL to for the okt to advertise fake girls service like this one, I would like no, it is not illegal. Why? Cause there is no laws to it. The only way to avoid this kind of 'scam' is by experience. There are many treads in sammyboy telling you good bonking experience and not so good ones hence you just need to look for it.

Overall, i would say, now you know that the okt scam you, avoid them. simple. first time getting cheated is their fault, second time getting cheated is your stupidity.
Btw, just a heads up, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ has been known for not true FR or pictures where the service is almost non-existent, so i would suggest not to visit any of them. =)
