Just got "aeroplaned" by Grand Palace.

Booked Balloon hours earlier and got confirmation smses twice from provider.

Arrived 5 minutes before start time and messaged for instructions.

Delayed until 10 minutes past start time with NO communications. Tried calling 5 times with no reply.

15 minutes past start time when I was just about to leave, I get a message to go up. I get there and it is NOT Balloon but another girl. Balloon is with another customer. Bait and switch... try calling but again no reply.

Finally get out of there and then get a call. Provider gives half-assed explanation about what went wrong. I am super pissed off and just leave. The sad thing is I have tried this provider in its previous incarnation and the management was bad at the time but still servicable. This time it is really BAD and I hate last minute "bait and switch" tactics. If it happens to you, use your big head and walk off.
