Just to check, last week, I was on my way to harbour bay in the taxi, I saw the dynasty 99. If I not wrong on your site it said closed down but i saw it during my journey back to harbour bay, the location some where near the Mac Donald. Btw bro NoNo if you can upload picture of the joint on your newbie site, it will help us to search more easily. No matter i been there of couple times but still not sure the right location.
