My recent experience with a new stable (rebranded) here.
Made an appoint for 1430, due to heavy rain, suspect that I might be a little late.
So, I push the timing to 1445, which the operator promptly agreed.
Reached the place/area at around 1435. Messaged him and no reply.
Waited till 1500 while messaging and calling him in that 25 mins, but still no reply.
Dropped him a last text informing him that I will leave if he does not reply.
And so, I left.
