Juz been to Climax @ Sukhumvit soi 11 last nite. Here's my observation & comments abt the place.
- 1 of the very few FL joints which hav live band & DJs jamming & spinning musics. The live band standard is quite gd, definitely better than most Thai disco in S'pore. The DJ is pretty decent too, music quite pop oso.
- There's a dance floor @ the centre, arnd the DJs console. Typically, u'll see Farangs dancing there wif their "catch" or perhaps some desperate FLs dancing their Ass off to attract attentions.
- Most important part, the gals. 1st thing u need to know that this is a Farang majority turf. When my buddy & I were there, we were kinda overwhelmed by the fact that we suddenly became the minority. So I dun hav to elaborate the kinda "working ladies" down there waiting to be "fished". Unless u hav "exotic" taste for minahs-looking, mainly dark skinned chix, then this is prob no the place for u liao (not for me oso
) Perhaps coming early might hav enhanced my experienced there, as I was there wif my buddy arnd 1am. Prob the prettier chais were alrdy been "fished" liao.
- I really couldn't comment on the range of pricing as I really didn't see any FLs that fit the bill for me. But since this is a Farang turf, I doubt the tabao price will be "economic". O
Conclusion: Gd place to chill IF u alrdy hav a chai wif u the music is actually not bad & the demographic of chais might be for every1.
