At 9pm,he can forget about Indah 2 and Gold Bird if he plans to pick and go.The only few places that may still has quite a substantial number of booking girls at 9pm would be Bunga Massage (ex. massage 28 behind DC Mall),JV Happy 8 and Permata Indah.
9pm is very late for a Friday/Saturday unless he plans to hunt at Discotheque/Pubs. Or he can pick from KTVs.

When i see Seruni Hotel,i smell the hunter instinct,hehehe...Utama hotel area would be a massage paradise. Formosa Hotel would be a booking joint paradise but likely too late at 9pm on weekend. In case all else fail if staying in Formosa Hotel ,would be Alishan KTV which is at the 4th floor of Formosa Hotel.
When arrive noon,1st stop should be booking joints look for girls and request to send to hotel at later evening (if there are right girls to pick) before heading for purely clean massage at Majestic Spa.
If i am him,base on my characteristic of cheonging,i will (girl shopping mode) :
1. Reach and check in Formosa Hotel,grab a taxi to go get a booking joint girl 1st since it is still noon (2pm-3pm) and request girl to be delivered to me at 5.30pm.
