I stay in this hotel on my second day and this is what i have to share with bros here.

Costs
The price will varies on the room you took. I took at deluxe room at 388 000rp (about S$38.80). I book this room via walk in. I am not sure you can sent the vocheur at kaha, maybe someone can check it out. I personally think that the rates was quite ok and reasonable. Breakfast was also included.

There is alot of street and shop house eating place around the location of the hotel and there are also a few hotels like lovina inn and formosa hotel near the area.
Advantages
- Room is clean, dark and cosy, nice ambience
-have wifi and the wifi is strong, will not get cut off easily
-aircon is strong
- simple buffet style breakfast
-nice lift, is cool and style
-standing shower hose
-easy access to mall and some bonking joints
Disadvantages
-no bathtub
-there is no room massage service too
-no safe deposit box
-no fridge and no boiler
-hot water take some time to be hot
-one lift only
-not alot of socket to charge
Summary
This is a new hotel. The hotel is not not tall. The external and internal look normal.
My rating
I would give an 7 out of 10 as overall i have a nice stay there. The reception is was ok, friendly and also patient.
