It is I-hotel Baloi. Confirmed as I stayed there during its soft opening during May this year. It is just next to BCC and Peniun market is just directly across the road. The lane directly after is Bai Long mei pangsit and the sedap fried carrot cake. Spanking new and not retrofitted as in some other hotels.
