For room rental, for that kind of money .. you are spoilt for choices.

I always got away with below 2000 peso per night (about 60 $ )

Bike ? riding a bike in PH is not recommended, unless you are a local, and can avoid cops and get away with it, and know which road has hit and runs. I suggest you go to AC for fun, not for stress..

And AC is not that kind of place for biking around

Do some read up on what Angeles City is all about.
