I have operated many years of visa runs, still accidents-free. Pray very hard everyday to maintain this clean record. In fact, most visa run drivers are safe drivers. They might be driving at 120 130, but all good at defensive driving. They know if they had an accident due to reckless or careless driving, they get sacked. They get paid way above market rate not for nothing.
Don't bother staying in Savan Vegas if you don't gamble. Even if you gamble, 60% of the tables are close most of the time. It is located far away from town center and the room is poor in maintenance and hygiene. Read tripadvisor reviews, you will find out more about this 5 star hotel.
Yes, there would be some freelancers around in the casino, some whom lost all they have and had to sell to redeem their pawned passport and some transport money back home. Most of the time, once they have some money, they continue to gamble.
