Yup I agree it's up to individual luck whether to meet a girl with or without Aids/STDs regardless of where they might hook up the girl at.
Likewise people would still rather go pick up a girl in a popular bar with a premium price than to walk the park to pick up those cheap FLs. If not, we would be seeing hordes of Japanese arriving in bus/coach and picking off FLs at lumpini then seeing them roaming agogo bars /Thermae alike.
