Since you are willing to pay higher price for massage (Spa from The Hill hotel),why not try Octopus Spa at Pacific hotel or Delta Spa? Delta Spa is nearer,and it also almost ensuring you a fairly good time base on the FRs written in this thread. Altalanta Spa opposite Novetel Hotel can be a good choice too.You will need to bargain the special service price down tho. Then again,one man's meat can be another man's poison theory still apply.
