Checked in into one of my favourite Hotel,Gideon.Requested for a room with good wifi,end up my room given was being position just outside the lift. So i get to hear the elevator "Ding" sound everytime someone alight or get on the lift on the 2nd floor...lol. Not a hassle to me,thats why i didnt mention it previously,hehehe...as the room was technically sound proofed (i can still hears it softly if my TV is turned on/off tho). I admit,i have super-sonic ears...lol.

The receptionist was friendly (a man) and able to speak my language. Thats where i request for a room with strong wifi,and end up outside the lift...lol.They even show me to the lift after turning right from the below picture (very polite and well-mannered) :
After turning right,i saw the Massage Palor price banner which i also took a photo of it. My 1st impression,expensive!
Behind the banner is the lift that require my room card key to reach my floor.The lift is has a few buttons,B for basement (i guess),they called the Lobby the 1st floor,the 2nd floor as 1st floor,where the Massage Parlor is and the 3rd floor a 2nd floor. So technically my room was on the 3rd floor in Sillypore term.
The room also requires my room card key scan the room door to unlock and to power up the lightings,TV etc. i check the toilet flush,taps,lights and air con,all in working condition except the tap which was flushing out brownish water for the 1st few secs upon turned on. Tested their wifi ,its good. The bed super good! Room is clean as new. And i move over to open the window curtain and got a shock. Sorry,i didnt take a photo of it. Al i know is i can walk over to the next building which is still under construction in one step from my room window. Close the curtain,turn on the TV...its a cool 42' LCD TV...its a good TV,but when i try to check the back of the TV for HDMI port as previous mention in the past posts in this thread,i realise i was unable to do so unless i take down the 43' LCD which was mounted on the room wall. So in this incident,no one will know if there is a HDMI port behind the TV and even if there is,no one can use it w/o dismounting it from the wall,hehehe....and what happen after plugging into the HDMI will be to leave the 43' LCD TV on the floor rather than remounting it back on the wall.
What a silly design. Maybe its design to deter guest like me,hehehe...
Overall,the room is quite alrght...
Note : there is no flowers and fruits in the room hor
...until evening time...
