She was not supposed to be allowed into the prayer hall in that attire but they let "her" in after "she" clarified that she is a HE.
Similarly to the recent furore after a monk was filmed touching a topless woman while doing blessings prayer..... but it is all forgiven after the "woman" clarified that she is a transgender.... which the public accepted as reasonable.
