Tanjong katong pretty small area except for some nice cafes n hawker with some gd foods like beef noodles, popiah n dim sum. Walkable distance to ecp.. the tunnel to ecp is just behind those blks of flats
Me n him used to buy few bottles of barcardi at ntuc n drink at ecp..
Saw a few small pubs along the road ... seems like not a bad place to chill out.
