I need to seek the advise of Pattaya residents or frequent visitors to that place.
My colleague and myself intend to visit Pattaya later this month and tried to book rooms at the Bay Breeze hotel on soi 11. We were informed there is a 550baht service fee if we bring guests to our room and they do not accept Indians (my colleague is Sri Lankan). Is it true?
