Palazzo not a bad hotel, girl friendly and "accessible to places of interest" somemore with Huai Kwang MRT station a stone throw away.

Have a nice trip.
If you are looking for breakfast or lunch around Rachada Area, you can try the Duck's noodle near Rachada Soi 18, opposite the 13 Coins Hotel. Just separated between a small road, there is a Traditional Massage, beside it is a small lane. The Duck's noodle stall and Drink's stall is just near the side. The noodle and the Char Siew Rice is very nice and cheap. The Thai, Cha Yen and Ge Chek(a blackcurent cold drink) both are very nice too.
If not you can try 13 Coins Hotel, the 2nd floor Coffee House, the food there and coffee are nice and cheap too.
As for dinner, either go to the Somboon Seafood Restaurant near Hwai Kwang or go along Hwai Kwang area, there are plenty of local food which are nice and cheap.
