Hainan is expensive and most suitable for family and couple vacation.
Think Phuket.
Cheong wise I think Singapore have more action.
Some more ASEAN and some NATO flavours.
Only Dongguan (market crash for 7 months already) is the best for cheonging in the whole of China.
Other places pales in comparison.
