I really do not understand all this hassle for extra toothbrush.
First thing I do after checking-in in Formosa is to ask house keeping to bring me extra items. A small tip (20k) to those wonderful guys and my room is kept constantly equipped, at any time throughout my whole stay (being it 4-5-6-7 days), with no less than 5-6 tootbrushes, 4 bath towels, at least 5-10 bath foam and soaps.
I don't waste them! I just want to have full supply 24/24. I receive guests to my room pretty often during my Batam holidays, and girls can come alone or in couple. I don't want to call house keeping at 4am because we lack toothbrush.
