Adding some guidelines to facilitate matters:
If you have already upped me, I will place you in my signature pending my return upz. In general, higher points upz will be returned first although everyone in the signature will be returned eventually.
For new exchanges, I would be grateful if you could up me first if your power is lower than mine. I will then add you into my signature and return the favour as per the above guidelines. If your power is higher and you wish to exchange, do drop me a PM and I will up you first and wait for your return upz.
