Bro, actually not black out, it,s being off by the peeping tom. There,s a few over there.

The ones who turn it off is the driver of the silver lorry with half cab behind usually park near the toilet, if nt the opp the toilet.

Another one is by the comfort taxi no. 3690. This one usually comes in a pair. The passenger actually owns a blk lancer. N he usually turns on his torchlight while u r in the act. It might be a vid cam but i m nt sure.

The third one is by the driver of a yellow picanto with weekend plate.

Haha so far i had nt been caught in the act by any of them though as i m too alert.
