Had CBJ only for the first time, while it felt good, only post session then I thought of the ramifications. Is it easy to get STDs? The FL was very careful and capped me before sucking.

Herpes is a common asymptomatic STD.
It is unlikely you could have contracted anything if it was covered.

Go google odds of contracting std from protected oral sex.

Also, a well known adage in SBF, if going to be scared, don't chiong.

If total contact time is short as you came quickly and no deep throat,
then you should not be worrying.
