He have STD, so he probably won’t live beyond the sentencing. He definitely have mental issues (physical abuse and how he treated his loved ones). He will turn crazy sooner than later when he is lock up inside. Probably that will be his greatest karma.

Anyway, there are separate cells and they are kept in insolation when they have STD. So unlikely he will be sodomized by the gangster inside.
