Official Virtual reality thread!

Still at the very early stage of development.
Please be patient. I will test out different variety of way in the virtual world and share around.

I will be doing my sharing in decrete so if i don't reply your pm means you aren't choosen.


Google cardboard
There is a few item you will need in order for this to work.
Google cardboard(can be bought at ebay for cheap rate or i have 2 sample with me currently willing to sell at 10sgd per set).

A decent phone
4.7 inch - 5.5 inch, the cardboard i have only allow me to fit in 4.7 inch phone but it depend on yourself, you can always extend the phone holding position.

Ear piece that doesn't sucks!
With 3d surround of cos you must have nice earpiece that produce nice sound !

Lastly, Movies & application,
There are some movies that are really <3 hahahaa watching it in 3d with surround effect is a..hahahaaaa test it to see it yourself.

Currently im sharing with few of my friends regarding this technology, seems like they are enjoying it!

The technology im using is call AR, it generate a 3d virtual object base on real object. eg using my phone aiming at a logo, a piece of paper, a figure will jumpout in my mobile screen. You are then able to command the "girl"inside the screen to do as you command..still working on it hahahaha hope to get it working and ill post some pic!

I did a test, hmm got some video into my googles..hahahaha good thing is that no one know what im watching!

Here's what im wearing, its budget but with decent app, its really fun!

Downloaded some nice movie..hmmm with a add on of decent ear piece, the surround sound is goood!!!hahahaaaa
