Dear Samster,

Need advise from the senior here...

Let said I wan to open a decent MP, and if one of my staff decided to provide special service without my knowing and was caught by police or during checks..!

Will there be a penalty for me...?
If yes, wat is the consequences...?

licence under yr name, then u hv to answer,
they copy ic, take statement, the gal kena also.
Even hj, nvr bookin ,or nvr wear a short also kena.

Definitely the gal will not let u know when she
want to do xtra, just plain common sense.

Thats why many boss smart, no room,just one piece of
plain white translucent curtain , half height curtain can see legs.
Enough to cover, while changing to shorts.

just HJ but red handed prepare to close. not red handed prepare to pay 1000. but add on with other issue might add up to few K.

before open mp.
Get a letter fm bldg mgt that they approve
the kind of business, a no objection letter.
A lettter fm hdb, or L T A.
Some hdb shop need to improve elect power
handling.

Make sure the shop is not sharing with
other shop, bearing the same unit no.
Differentiate it first.
unit A or unit B.
Get landlord sort out.
Before applying licence.

Get a place that got backdoor. Water
piping, fire exit, and attach bath room.
Very easy to install.
