So what does your friend intend to do? Divorce? In Singapore, men pay the heavier price when it comes to divorce. So he might end up hurting himself more if he chooses this option. Do they have kids? He will be divorcing the wife end of Dec.

If the dispute does go to the courts, and husband has concrete proof of what has happened, it will tilt in favour of the guy.
Maintenance is based on what was previously obtained regularly in marriage, but the "unfaithfulness" will be the deciding factor in how much maintenance a woman should get as she has been the aggravating factor in the dissolution of the marriage.
The "unfaithfulness" only affects the maintenance though, not the separation of assets.
Assets will be decided by who gave what previously.
