I have been told by a WL that they have agents in China. The commission is paid by the OKT, not the WL.
Some of them were introduced by their friends who used to work here, e.g. 18H20 Porsche introduced Chanel.

Usually through agents.... but there was once an agent ever told me about an advertisement she saw that was recruiting girls to work in Singapore. She contacted the advertiser to find out more and found that it was a GL brothel that put out the ad.

Originally there are agencies in BKK or HCM (no idea in PRC) that handle these things at the same time there are referrals by the WL themselves which either of those two the agency or the WL earn commission by bringing a girl in Geylang.
