So far I have not seen the new ones in haadyai yet...... the vendors are still selling the 2012/2013 versions.

If you are interested.... the shoes / sports shop near to Mayflower hotel is having a clearance sale of the football jerseys..... only 100baht each..... however stock is limited and some sizes not available. :)

I just come back from Hat Yai. Paid 1160B for a room per night at Mayflower.
The TV set very old, still using CRT. Even Tune is using LCD. TV reception like snowing every where. Furniture were old. Receptionists yaya papaya.

Bro I do agree with you on this.

Would definitely like to try other hotels for a change.

The hotels I've tried so far are:

1) Siam City - an old hotel, don't think I'll be back
2) New Season - ok hotel but price always increasing, wifi could be better
3) Mayflower - ok hotel but situation a bit like New Season and always crowded

Maybe I'll try BP or Sakura next time :D

For this rates, u can buy vchr fm travel agency. For 950 baht, u can stay the new "Aloha Hotel" same mgmt. as Golden Crown Plaza or The Color Hotel 920 bahts by BP mgmt. Aloha is less then 3 mths old, I stayed there yesterday..Smells brand new :)
