And I took few bottle of perfume (more than 4 X 200 ML, plus my own 2 X 100 ml - and duty free limit is only 200 ML I think ..) and when the customs officer opened, first thing that pops out is ... the Perfumes ...

after haggling, and every whining that kababayans will be sad if they don't tax us .. she let me go scot free, when I told her she can keep all the perfume, than make me pay 'tax'...

In Manila, they don't use Duty, they use 'tax' ;)

And cigs are cheaper there, but .. I got sore throat with their cigs there .. untill I got the LAC manager to find 'imported' Marloboro and B & H

Boinking: if you are in T3, you are safe ..

and pack your stuff with the items below .. not right on top like me :D

in terms of harassment, T1 is tops, T2 is lesser and T3 is least ..

that's my 2 cents ... ;)

Etsys, you are really a Manila expert. Why don't you write a bible about your knowledge?

So any lobang near Pasig River along EDSA? :p

etsys 25-06-2011 06:07 PM

Re: phillipines, manaila, makati

at this time, pasig river must be carrying a lot of floatsam and stuff ... including girls washed by flood  ... sad but true. .. the low lying areas are flooded again I understand ..

Bible ? No lah .. the Catholic Church of Manila may brand me as Enemy of the Catholic Church .. better stay low key .. :)

Hows the situation with the floods in makati.. looks like i have to prepare a raincoat and it's not for my penis.

Re: phillipines, manaila, makati

Flood receded .. as per the latest report ..

Anyway, the floods only screwed up the underpass and such .. life still went on .. though, like from Makati to MOA, which on a good day is between 30 minutes to 3 hours away, was taking 6 hours to 8 hours ..

I can't freaking believe people are patient to spend 8 hours in a jam .. welcome to Pinas ..
