Level 3 near carpark entrance avoid at all cost. Named Grace or Xixi, she like to chop carrot quote 200-250 (she says new to her must pay more), just insist you visited her before and she charge you 150 if not just walk off. Today manage to have the Vietnam lady in white for $60 at level 2, went there before 8am and she was there talking to 4 other Vietnam ladies. When I arrived, drag me into her shop. she quote $150 for FJ which I reject and say I want to look at others, price then drop to $100 which I reject to. Ask me how much I willing to pay, say $60. To my surprise she agreed. Proceed to f her and exchange contacts say next time come same price for me.😀

My experience is go over to Orchard Tower early morning is cheaper, girls willing to be f at a lower rate. Down side is not all girls are working at that timing. But to me that is fine as long as got some variety of 3 to 4 is fine. The Vietnamese are usually early.
