Seem like buying lifetime donor cheaper than monthly donor.
if buy monthly, the amount paid for 12.5 mths = lifetime membership.

Wonder is it possible to buy premium membership for other account? Acct that belong to someone else?

no to both, the mgt team would probably consider it if u become a long term donor.

i am doing some testing so i know where the problem lies and can get the tech guy to fix them..

From what i gathered so far....there is nothing wrong with the system.. However Premium members seems to be immune to that policy change... it could well be a privilege that premium members enjoy... will confirm with sam on it.
