Save money sign up membership......THB20K or 40K.....20 bottles to last you one year (but usually i polish them bottle off in less than 5 trips).......members got discounts on other things like LDs.......non-members one bottle cost almost 4k (you do the math) ;)

brother this is not disco per se......this is Gentlemen's Club & by far The Resort is one of the top ones if not the top in BKK. I can also bring you go BKK local Thai discos open one bottle of Red (JW Red Label not red wine) at THB600-800. You pay for quality.....even hi-so discos in BKK one bottle also THB 2k plus liao......;)

bro SUCHINDA has already answered the costs of opening bottles.

current minimum damage at Resort:

600B x 2 Beers (Cover Charge)
400B x 3 Lady Drinks (Compulsory)
100B (Service Charge)

Total Damage: 1900B (Excluding tips)

i think in the past there are too many cheapskates coming in and just oogle at the PRs and dancers. probably that's why they implement the compulsory lady drinks.

Resort is a place where you can guarantee those cheapskate GM disco clowns over at the Golden Mile/Thai Discos threads would not go. they only go to second class BKK pubs/clubs like Gotcha, Florence, Sky, etc.

cheapskate say cheapskate lah but still say Golden Mile Thai Discos are the best. but currently girls at Club Nana and Royal Pub are the best. say not fun at Club Nana or Royal pub in Singapore. if cheapo admit lah. hahaha. :D

I think that you're generally right about Resort. I've had many very pleasant nights at the Resort BUT do be careful my brothers.

The last time that me and my friends (from Malaysia) were there, we got picked on by a group of 12 locals (there were 6 of us) leaving one guy with a black eye, one with a split eyebrow (8 stitches and lots of blood) and a couple of torn shirts. Lucky that I only broke my watch. In the end, nothing too serious, but upset that a very fun night turned unpleasant.

We think that the thai chaps just wanted to leave without paying .......

Frankly i have never seen customers drinking beer in Resort......my philosophy is if you cannot splurge then all you can do is ogle.....dun waste time coz they can smell a cheapo miles away.....also there is no wisdom trying to 'ration' your liquor coz they will converge to drink it up for you.....so if you dun intend to live it up then sorry this joint is not for you :p

if a conflict escalates, end of the day it takes two hands to clap too.
