I agree with you in being understanding when their mood is up and down from time to time. They are going into a process that we might not have any idea how is it about. But that's definitely not a valid excuse. If things are not going as expected it would be fair to say it upfront. Recently seems that almost all girls out there decided to put some insane prices to their services. If on top of that you get such excuses for a bad service then there is no way of saying any good about them.

Good day guys.
