Visit as tourist still can come in subject to approval..... come here to work again definitely cannot..... even in another decent industry.

Anyway the approval to come in after given prohition entry order lies with Shanmugam as the MHA Minister..... neither ICA nor AV has the power to lift the ban...... Sec 9(1) Cap 133.

So it is better to appeal to Shanmugam via your MPs rarher than writing to ICA or AV.

PR is not their priority. He travels alot since young, from childhood till career. Apparently Viet or HK is his so call home. She is happy wherever he goes and moreover, she also do have property in Northern Viet. Sg is not the only place in this whole wide world they can dwell or rather live. Diff ppl diff ideas and perspectives. Moreover Sg is the scarred place she worked and in a twist of situation met. The stigma of Sg will always remains in her. They are better off elsewhere. Am not surprise if he is to inform her a short trip back to sg, she will get paranoid since she had a bad start in sg and met him in that not so favourable establishment, unless she tags along (just for a short trip).

P.s. so to her at least, leaving Sg is a good riddance bad rubbish opp, to start afresh with her new found hope.

Actually good to ban the WL from coming in especially to work in a decent job.. imagine the chaos if all returned to work in various offices or restaurants.. those with family will have issues when met them anywhere outside when they wink at you. ;) shanmugam protecting all the guys here.
