Yep, Havana is mostly miss for me too. Other than the times I 'invested' in a companion to do the ice breaking - I know it sounds silly but it worked for me to catch some OLs. Tip to 'companion' = 2K was worth it.

Around middle of the month or end of the month, true OLs hang around hoping to make some extra, but they can get very choosy.
