Try not to stay at those condotel. Its crappy and quality is not consistent. Places like Prince Plaza, PP2, BSA Towers etc, you need to inspect the rooms first before moving in else its a nighmare. Croach infested, limited hot water, window unit air-cond without timing or remote (as if not noisy enough0 and so on.

So far, BSA at Legazpi - was clean and no roaches .. and was well maintained. For some, I also hear the need to check first ..

I'm actually there for a business trip and will only have the late evening available. Since I only have a short time window between the evening and an early night cuz I have to catch an early flight the next day...... which is a better choice ? Havana vs La Cafe?
Not looking fwd to mingling around too much as I prefer the mingling in my room .... hehehe !!

Note : For bros from SG.... i'm quite used to the quality of pinoys in BRIX (Hyatt Hotel) where the price is slightly higher but the quality is quite promising. Playful SYT with some killer bods at times :))

With a minimal time window after dinner and considering that I have to sleep early to catch an early flight the next day.... which is a better choice ? Havana vs LA Cafe ??

Not looking fwd to mingling around as i very much prefer the mingling to be in the room =D hahahaha !!

Well, the pinoys in Brix are hookers (don't tell me you pay them Brix prices :eek:) ...

For an equivalent, Havana is good, but Havana is half open, half coffee bar type, and most girls hit on white guys .. (ooops .. sorry ..) and you get the odd non-working girl honestly out for a drink ...

And if you are non-Cano, it may take time to elicit some interest, and if it rains, there goes your fun

Better to head to LAC ... go, grab, and if it is early, take her to a mall to change her dress to something decent (:D) and back to your base .. prices at LAC will be 1,500 to 2,000 per night .. havana doubles or triples ..

I agree with most the chaps here on LAC; you will get your pick more like Brixx but cheaper. There is more fun in Havana but beware of ladyboys! If you suspect it is; chances are it is!

Yes, walking distance from Hyatt - casino / hotel @ Malate (Mabini Street)

Don't get lost .. and also walking distance from Robinsons Point Malate

I too bumped into LBs in Havana / Makati, and the difference with the LBs is they try to grope you .. and in the process maybe pick your pocket and they can get away with it with their screeching noise .. (Never happened to me but saw it happen to a ang moh .. )
