Hiazzz sorry, I got confuse with your mobile. There was I bought a prepaid sim card from Hangzhou... then I went to Suzhou, I wanted to top up but was told cannot.... have to go back Hangzhou... knn so bought another sin card then when I was in Xiamen, also cannot top up. Knn same operator also cannot.
