i don't know about jenny, but viet may is at 13 for sure. 12 is ivy. 10 is viet lyly/lili (not sure the spelling) but the shop for 10 should be closer to the start of the escalator, not so close to the middle of the escalator. I have been to 12 too, and i don't remember it being connected to 11. I don't know of any shop that has 2 entrances.

Yes May is far end when u up escalator turn right all the way. Lili is number 10 Ivy is 12. Long time no see Ivy haha

My bad Bro jaxel, the shop (where I located May and Jenny) has 2 entrances aren't connected internally.

I'm referring to these 2 entrances as one shop (because it only has one unit number) which is situated right beside the connecting bridge leading to carpark indicated on the map.
