Updates...hatyai no longer as the same as before. Much quieter than before even before CNY. It's now "monks" more than WL liao. And also, more FL PRC on the prowl now. Just the other day, my most handsome hero friend was accosted by one lau chio PRC offering her best of massagie and fun services. ;)

Hi, bros! just came back from hatyai.

Going there during these period was a disappointment as
not much gals r ard n most taken out very early or booked.

Only some fun in massage centre, that all ! Best still the
food there and shopping.

Agreed with you bro, just reached hatyai this morning from bangkok, the street very quiet. Went farm visiting (Sim Kim Yong and Channivate), the quality of gals got nothing to shout about, damage is 2K. Did not find any gal suitable, so go back to hotel and surf net.

Will get a van down to dannok, it seems like it is a more happening place than hatyai.

This has been happening for the last few years, with HDY in steady decline and Danok replacing it as the Cheong destination

Indeed, hatyai is a dying place to cheong unless you got tirak here. With only 1 disco left and very few clubs to visit, I see no reason why I should stay a night here, better try my luck in dannok.

by plane lar. taxi and buses take u more then 14 hrs to reach there plane max 1 hr. and the route to bkk is far alot more dangers then travel from sing to HYT. Why i know i drove to BKK be4.

By air, domestic flights by 3 airlines NOKAir (subs of Thai), 1-2-Go and AirAsia. Can book direct online on websites. The last 2 are cheaper between bt1400-1700 (1 way) and NOKAir ard bt1800+. Thai Air also fly, but prices a little higher. Just 1 hour, most domestic flights end up/start old Don Muang airport bkk.

I took 1-2-Go bt1750 from bangkok to hatyai, 1 hour 15 minutes flight. Did not go dannok yesterday cause the hotel there is full except for VIP room (Oliver Hotel bt1500). Find the price a bit expensive and I don't want to waste my $ for New Season Hotel which I already booked, so stay hatyai for one night.

Normal rate for Oliver Hotel is bt690 but during CNY period the price is bt990. Normal rate will resume on sunday 17 Feb. Will update on dannok thread when I reached there this evening.
