Agree with yr assessment. Just waiting to be swept clean. 3rd floor is so notorious that the other HJ ML asked me to go 3rd floor if I want full course.

there are undercover police using wechat people nearby function. Once the ML discusses about service and pricing, the undercover will ask for address.

Once the police enter the unit, they will confiscate the ML's handphone to check through wechat conversation. If the conversation match, the ML will be in trouble
