What is "tmr"? Could not find it in the List of Abbreviations & Acronyms Used in SBF.

Do you have any requirement to inform the willing party upfront? i.e. need to speak Thai and Hokkien well, food and drink must split 50%-50%, must exchange picture first before meet up, etc. :cool:

Lets tok bout food in hadyai, my favourite roast pork, pig organ soup plus pig trotters at 清姐.. And wanton mee beside the school opp sakurai mai.. And saweei•s black pepper crab and log terrace deep fried pork trotters..

Besides that its the chicks tat suits diff ppl.. I belive taste buds are common:cool:

shall we share gd food in hdy place haha

and some popular place most bros go last time is samilia, ex but ok food.

Can try gan eng , cheap and ok but average taste wif fast serving..

Pls share places we shall visit for good food .. Kum sia..

oh yes,the pig organs soup.never miss it everytime i am in haadyai.

my recommendation is the duck noodles near to regency.pls note tat they

only open at night.Anyway i will be in hdy from 15th to 18th feb.Any bros

there during this period ? haha maybe can meet up and go hunt for good

Food for me is the bak buk tek in the morning near lovely tours,dry hor fun at a store somewhere near mayflower an further up and had a fried pork leg at a random "zi char" and the grilled cuttlefish which they used a machine to flattened it eating it wit the chilli they provide was best....overall food was gd and cheap and will be looking forward to it again when i visit in march

Personally the Bak Kut Teh in Hatyai still not up to the standard yet.....but the Kaw Ka Moo is very good (pig leg rice):D

- bbq crabs (bbq over charcoal and very nice bbq smell/taste...my perennial favorite whether at hdy or bkk)..bestbestbestbest
- fish sauce sliced chilli garlic pieces thai style fried kang kong...bestbestbest
- bbq big head prawns (steamed not as tasty)..bestbestbest
- crispy roti prata with condensed milk (breakfast or tea item)..bestbestbest
- fried tamarind chicken tights...bestbestbest.
- fried chicken skins..bestbest
- fried garlic pork ribs..bestbest
- giant size half cooked hums (caution..take it with liquor or hot drink)...best only.
- bigger than normal raw oysters (caution as above)..best only.

If it is a festival sessions then call to make booking first then get the voucher later of which will secure you a room rather then no room available for that day.:D

Juz reached 2day,change $ near Lee Garden Plaza,rate was 23.85b to S$1.
Staying at Sing Golden Place Hotel,850b for a rm(with voucher),behind Sakura Hotel(abt 5 mins walk).

Everything seem quiet than ususal but just as normal. Sing Golden Place is one of my usual accommodation.
