Walking distance to SM Aura, High Street and Market Market.

I guess this is a hybrid of the normal condotel operation.

Most travel insurance policies have a cap on the amount that you can claim for theft or robbery. Check your T&C.

never mind .. me guess, Dirk Kuyt has got too much reading between the lines, and somehow inferred I am a powerful person .. buggers .. did I say that ? no .. I am only lowly connected and not into the power corridors, or anywhere near there, nor I want to be anywhere even close by.

Dirk Kuyt: I suggest you go an read up what I wrote .. don't make me a hero or villain for no reason. Please, FFS

out ...

I wouldn't say otherwise. A friend's business in Cebu got burnt and guess who ratted him out on his illegal gun ? A fellow 'expat'

And another guy who was outed for hosting a dozen girls in Cebu (no, I don't know this guy nor would I have wanted to be even his friend, as he was abusing young kids .. ) was outed by a fellow expat, who had the previlege of visiting the den and making notes of where the cops should look for ..

Now you know why I don't make friends with Permenant resident Expats living in AC ?

And same reason, when in a bar, when a guy who looks like been living in AC wants to make friends, didn't I tell others also not to get to mushy mushy ? Now if after all this if Dirk Kuyt is throwing some wild arrows, I would like to say sorry if My english didn't get too simple ..

Again, don't make friends in AC or wherever .. make the friends in home territory ..

That's just my 2 cents.

Yep, BSA did sell some units like the above, as BSA is a mixed - rental / owner occupied concept.

Just curious to know...... how much does a police asset make for each successful raid?

And on second thought, if you did know what you were talking and just made a joke, please don't .. in Philippines, trivial stuff are taken seriously, and some enforcer, official or not - especially when the unoffical enforcers are a lot and easy to find .. .. may decide to rid the offending foreigner for good .. jeez ...

note that, technically, while Tune Hotel Makati is in "MAKATI" it is on the fringe / outer of Makati, so don't expect things to be hunky dory like in Makati proper / Greenbelt/Glorietta etc.

Taxis will try to scam, street kids will pop up from wood work, and don't let your guard down, generally speaking .. and if you walk like 10 minutes or so away, you maybe in badland .

Play safe, says me .. !!!

Re: phillipines, manaila, makati

yes, some will try not to use meter n quote u a flat fee.

to them asshole drivers, u just need to toughen up yr balls, ask them stop the cab, get out and waive the next one.

at 10 pm. to 1 a.m, its non peak and defo will have lots of better drivers who will use meter and jump at chance to take your fare.

just gotta thick skin sikit.

at 6 to 8 pm. maybe the taxi drivers have upper hand sikit but 10 pm. to 1 a.m? its a passengers market !

just do the little safety things like etsys always mention, dont carry more cash than u need, if u have expensive smartphone, leave it back in room, use a cheap phone, make sure lock all the doors from inside after u get in. should b fine !
