Here is a simple guide on timings,

1. From Penang island to Hatyai - 3 hours, including CIQ at Thai/Malaysia border. But excluding Penang Bridge jam (seldom happen nowadays)

2. Hatyai to Pattaya - should be about 10 hours, excluding the infamous Bangkok traffic jam (which cannot be avoided, so your luck how long you get stuck) This stretch, please avoid night drive!

The timings are based on easy driving, really no point in driving at neck breaking speed, only to get disappointed at the end of each speeding stretch. Lots of rest time.

Last but not least, based on one driver. If you have multiple drivers would be an advantage on timings.

Hi everyone,just reached hatyai. now alone. Just came back from sakura ktv. Spent $5k. Well that's the price to pay if cheonging alone. Kanna kong tao. Initially thought of just checking out the place but once in, a milf (my type) reported for work. Checked out the price from mamasan and was quoted $3940 for 1 bottle of chivas and room free with freeflow mixer. Agreed on the price quickly ask mamasan to usher in the milf. when the milf came into the room and my reaction was WoW!!! totally my type!!! but soon bad news follow. PERIOD!!!! WTF!!!!L L continue the session LOL.Overall quite enjoy the session but i don like 3 waitress and 3 mamasan to serve me. Just 1 question to the seniors in the forum, how come when i give 500Baht to mamasan she seem surprised. Mybe the system don need to tip them??? Btw its really lonely to be alone so i wished to invite any bros to join me or let me join u as the more the merrier, right?

i personally been to the icebar quite a number of times.In fact there are FLs lerking there.my friend and i tapau 2 girls back before.But the problem is to identify the FLs from the party goers.

This is wat we did when we go to a joint we not familiar with...reached the entrance of the joint give a friendly thai " wai" to the security outside.pour them a drink later and try to strike a conversation with them.they will give u hints to which r the FL.in fact the two FLs that we tapau were introduced to us by the security.

but if u prefer to sian the coyotes and party girls there, i reckon u need time and some basic thai to help u along !

Asia Hotel BKT shudn't be too bad but i don't see any crowd inside tho.Opposite Holiday Tour there's a few BKT stalls but i personally don't quite like them.The best i tried was the 1 at See Kim Yong but i dunno how to go as my friend brought me.Lol.The restaurant i went in SKY also serve Tim Sum.Prices very reasonable.There's also a stall near Garden Home and Daiichi Hotel serving chinese fried noodles which i can say is like ala Malaysian style.They serve Cantonese fried noodle,Hokkien char,wantan mee and Nasi lemak only on Sunday mornings.Price very-very reasonable as it quite far from town.
