I am coming to KL bukit bintang area week after next with another friend and we are looking to party hard. I would greatly appreciate all the advice you can give. 3 important criteria... girls getting drunk and easy and high playability and gfe. Which KTVs or bars would you recommend and can give an idea of the damage expected? Also any others partying please let us know. Thank you all so much in advance.
