Thanks lots for the head's up. I'm wondering if there are any more in-between types like Rao. Friends who come over like the place, but I haven't come across any others with the optional take-aways. G-clubs generally aren't for tourists. :-/

If you meant 'just beer', then sure, why not?

If you were referring to an exotic label of beer called Jux, then... Chances are slim you'd find it there. :p

Is Rao at Srinakarin area? Never got around to pop by, what's set up like? Similar to Rao2 (been eons since I been there):p Jaded with agg scene, and G clubs ..as you said, not for short stints

Since this a Bangkok threads in Thailand, why don't you hold the Bird Day party in Bkk instead of KL in Malaysia.

Yes, Rao3 Srinakarin is much bigger and nicer than Rao2 Sena.
Their membership packages can includes Liquor/Beer, LD and ST/LT when nego with mamasan.:)

Well... it's not at Srinakharin per se. Kind of off the beaten track, (seemed to me) like it was in the middle of nowhere, on the way out of BKK.

Pity this thai109 never sent PM to me regarding his party in KL ( instead of in BKK ) and Q & Q Pub & Bistro in Jalan Kuchai Maju area. The more prominent tables near the stage can be reserved, the party area decorated with ballons and the Thai PR girls will surely hit the party goers the hard way.

Pity he is only taking course 109 in cheonging now and a long way for him to be a veteran. 555+ :D

Yes, you can go to Hollywood Disco in Rachada, or Slim, Felix, Route 66 , etc in RCA and order a jux ( jug ) of beer.

The problem is that the staff will have problems serving " jux " of beer to you. Been in BKK for 10 years and never saw staff serving " jux " of beer to customers !!!.

Any seniors seen customers drinking " jux " and towers of beer in Bangkok ????.

Usually its bottles of whisky in clubs. Nobody order jux of beer. This not Sillypore Thai disco where jugs, towers & bottles are the norm.

Maybe jux of beer in more farang populated joints but then again farangs usually will order individual bottles or standard drinks in glasses even in Sillypore Thai disco.

Towers & jux usually served at more restaurant like establishments eg. beer gardens or dinner entertainment venues i.e. Tawangdeang.
