Define "ACTION"

If you want to be near MBC, i.e. you are not starved for time, stay in Mabini Street - Rivera Mansion or Executive Plaza (there are more, but above two are my fave)

If you want to see some "high class stuff" stay in Makati .. BSA Mansion tops my list

If you want to be near higher priced gogo bars, stay at Berjaya, Makati - near P Burgos

Oh, well, what's your budget again ?

If you have a 'native' friend, you can put up anywhere, and then see the Low Cost areas to fish, including the famous "DORMS" .. (though I felt it is demeaning to walk in and choose a girl out of a dozen or so jobskeers .. )

ST for girl - in MBC, if there is no COLD war, 1,500 or more.
